Straightline started with one truck and one rule: the price you are quoted is the price you pay. Today we serve every city in Delaware with plumbers based in New Castle, Kent and Sussex County, and we still run on that rule.

What we do

Everything a house or a business needs from a plumber: emergency plumbing, drain cleaning and hydro jetting, sewer line repair and trenchless replacement, water heater repair and tankless installation, leak detection, repiping, toilets, faucets, sump pumps, gas lines, water softeners, backflow testing and inspections. And because overflowing gutters cause more wet basements than broken pipes do, we clean, repair and install gutters as well.

How we work

A real person answers the phone 24 hours a day. The plumber who arrives diagnoses the actual problem, explains it, and gives you a flat price in writing before any work starts. Nights and weekends cost the same as weekday mornings. Work is tested before we leave and backed by a warranty.
